Electronic Grade Calcium Carbonate CaCO₃, a carbonic salt of calcium, 99.8% and 99.9% purity, CAS 471-34-1, appears as white, odorless powder or colorless crystal, and is practically insoluble in water but soluble in acid.

With the advantages of high purity, high activity, good sphericity, high crystallinity, narrow particle size distribution, good chemical uniformity and good stability, Electronic grade Calcium Carbonate is especially suitable as base metal high-frequency monolithic capacitor ceramic material BME COG of MLCC, Y5V MLCC additive, high-end thermistor current limiting protection, degaussing, starting, energy-saving lamp (PTC), varistor, wafer capacitor, heater element, and other electronic ceramic materials, and also finds application in luminescent materials, food additives, rubber industry, paper industry, printing ink, coating materials, plastic industry, sealing adhesive materials etc.
