Cemented Carbide Composite Rod, is made of cemented carbide or crushed tungsten carbide or Tungsten carbide grit with sharp edge and nickel/silver (copper) Ni/Ag(Cu)alloy with excellent wear resistance and cutting property.
Being its extra hardness HRA 89-91, high wear resistant properties, high-end weldablity and low fuming, tire body metal nickel and copper alloy with strength up to HB≥160, TRS >690MPa, Composite rod welding is wildly used in surfacing welding in the oil drilling, mining, coal mining, geology and construction industry, and as stabilizers, reamers, drill pipe joints, construction drilling, hydraulic-cutter, pipe cutter blades, core bit, scraper, twist drill, milling and grinding shoes, centralizer, plough planer knives, piling drill etc.
