Description

High Purity Cerium Oxide CeO₂, CeO₂/REO 99.995% 4N5 purity, a light yellow powder with melting point 1950°C and density 7.3g/cm³, is insoluble in water and alkali, but slight soluble in acid. Cerium Oxide CeO₂ is toxic, tasteless and non-stimulating rare earth oxides material which should be stored in cool and dry warehouse with sealed container. Cerium Oxide CeO₂ is used as glass additives, grinding materials of plate glass, in cosmetics to anti-ultraviolet, which has been expanded to the field of optical lens, picture tube grinding, decolorization, clarification, glass ultraviolet ray and electron beam absorption, and also finds more application in the manufacture of polishing material, electrolyte of fuel cell, automobile tail gas absorber and colorant etc.
