Description
Gallium Oxide Ga2O3 99.99%, 99.999% and 99.9999% 4N 5N 6N, a white solid powder in both α and β crystal phases, CAS 12024-21-4, insoluble in water but soluble in most acids, is a transparent oxide semiconductor material with excellent properties of an extremely large band-gap of greater than 4.9eV, and availability of large-size, high-quality native substrates produced from melt-grown bulk single crystals.
Applications
Gallium Oxide Ga2O3 has broad prospects for application in the optoelectronic industry such as an insulating layer for Ga-based semiconductor materials, as an ultraviolet filters, as chemical probes for oxygen, an insulating barrier for tight connections, optic semiconductor devices and ceramic applications. Gallium oxide is also used for in light emitting diodes LEDs fluorescent powder, high purity reagent, as well as in lasers and other luminescent materials etc.
