Tantalum Niobium Carbide TaNbC solid solution powder can be extensively used as raw material applied in hard alloys industry for the production of cemented carbide tools as an additive to effectively inhibit the grain growth of hard alloys. Tantalum Niobium Carbide is also usually used for the preparation of refractory material, high-temperature, wear-resistant and spraying material, welding material, high-temperature radiation resistant material, metal ceramic material, high-temperature vacuum devices in mechanical processing, electronic information, metallurgy and minerals, aerospace and other industry fields. Tantalum Niobium Carbide can also be used to manufacture multiphase materials to form compound solid solutions with rare metal carbides such as WC, TiC, CrC, TiN, ZrC, HfC etc, which can improve the red hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of alloy cermets materials.
