Description
Tungsten Carbide Ball or called Cemented Carbide Ball, density 14.50-14.85 g/cm3, hardness 89-92 HRA, is made of tungsten carbide mixed with cobalt content of 6%, 8% or 10% as resistant binder by pressing, sintering, ball mill grinding etc. Tungsten Carbide Ball features the properties of high hardness, high TRS, high anti-corrosion and bending strength. Tungsten Carbide Ball includes blank balls, grinding ball, polished ball, hole ball, measuring ball, pen ball, bearing ball, valve ball and punching ball. Tungsten Carbide Ball or Cemented Carbide Ball at Western Minmetals (SC) Corporation can be delivered in YG6, YG8 and YG10 grade with size of 2.0, 2.5, 5.0, 6.35, 10.2, 15.2, 20, 30, 50, 60 and 80 mm in diameter, which is package of 1kg, 2kg, 5kg per cardboard box with 25kgs carton box or iron drum outside, or as customized specification to reach the perfect solution.
Applications
Tungsten Carbide Ball is used where extreme hardness and wear resistance is required, in such applications as wearing, ball screws, valves, grinding medium and flow meters. These balls are also used for coining and as pivots, detents, tips for gauges and tracers, inspection tools, and in highly corrosive conditions. More applications are available for precision bearings, instruments, meters, spraying machines, water pumps, mechanical parts, sealing valves, measuring instrument fields etc.
